Fabrication

Ansteygate have a fabrication facility which allows us to undertake all types of sheet metal work from our standard filters, fans and ducting to prototypes and one offs to small and medium batch work. Whatever the job, however small or large, we are committed to quality and precision.

We are experienced in materials including Aluminium, Stainless steel, Mild Stainless & Galvanised steel. Most projects can be undertaken, within our fabrication shop including welded duct work rectangular and round, access ladders, feed hoppers, acoustic enclosures and spray booths, structures and machine dust collection hoods.This also includes many other bespoke items that our customers may require.

We are also able to carry out finishing of the products including electro plating, hot dip galvanising and powder coating to your specification.

Plasma Custting

Ansteygate has invested in a plasma duct cutting machine with a cutting area of 3 m x 1.5 m. The plasma has CAMduct software which helps control ductwork manufacturing production through a combination of innovative tools to more efficiently produce sheet metal components.
